A book cover design created as part of a design exercise for school, using Photoshop and InDesign. I designed the cover for the book “בביתו במדבר” (In His Desert Home) by author Meir Shalev, just two months before his passing. As a fan of Shalev’s work, it was an honor for me to pay tribute to him through my design work. The design incorporates memories of אthe main character’s childhood in Jerusalem during the siege, as well as his deep affection for the Israeli desert which became his present home.
